My neighbour was complaining almost trees in our stern yard departure a mess in his patio. He asked us if it was ok if if he cut them final a bit so they wouldnt leave mess on his side. We said that be fine.
He has immediately cut all the branches stale (they are fairly significant trees and we only thought he be trimming a few branches) and has disappeared us with no shade surrounded by our yard, and also no privacy from neighbours that are high up than us.
He has departed all the cuttings contained by our back courtyard.
Do you think he should retribution to remove ALL of them??
Answers:    If the limbs be on his side of the fence, he should enjoy disposed of them himself and not left them contained by your yard. That be just rude. I know naive people do it, but I don't infer it's acceptable practice anywhere.
It's up to you whether you want to garner the ill-will that bringing it up to him will generate.
When my neighbour cut sour my pecan tree's branch (on her side of the fence) and dumped it in my courtyard, I just cleaned it up, but it sure didn't sort any points with me. I contracted it was better for of late me to be angry instead of dealing with the animosity if I have said anything to her (or dumped it back contained by her yard).
In most places, he has the right to cut the branches that are on his side short even asking you. I'd say save the peace and dispose of the limbs yourself.
