Should I prune my zuchinni & pepper plants?
Answers: As long as the leaves are a healthy green color leave them. Don't allow any of the fruit to ripen fully. Once that happen the plant will usually stop producing fruit. So just pick before the zucchini start to take too big and the peppers start to turn yellow.
Pick the fruit using pruning sheers when they are young-looking and tender. This will encourage more fruit.
