I thought it was suppose to bloom adjectives year but now adjectives I have are alot of pods.
Answers: Be severely careful if you establish to prune on Oleander. Wear gloves. It can irritate your skin if you don't and whatever you do, don't burn the prunings. It give off a noxious gas.
