I purchased a small potted Sago palm a few days ago and since then, all the individual needles own started to curl. Some are turning brown. It looked perfectly healthy when I brought it home.

I own it on my front porch. It's been in the dignified 80s during the day and low 70s at night. I give it a few ounces of water a few days ago when the curling first started but it's gotten worse.

Should I give it more river? More sunlight? Fertalizer? I've never had a sago palm do this before!
Wet dry cycle Just a note----------- Sago palms are great
when the pups get bigger I plant them separate and grow more,

Does your porch get any sunlight? Sagos involve sunlight to grow properly, and watering during periods of drought. Mine are planted in the patio in direct sun, and are doing well. I sea them once or twice a week, when there is no rainfall. It needs some wet. Don't fertilize at this time, its needs all its joie de vivre to recuperate. I don't understand why you didn't present it some water.
Answers:    WATER it right away it is dried out at the roots. We enjoy a Sago Palm and planted it. Once it becomes established they are great.
It is best to put a saucer under the pot to assist between heavy waterings. Keep water within the saucer about every 3 days until you can plant it in the ground. By the mode they grow more in diameter than they do up. Ours is about 5 ft diameter immediately with pups.
