Safe and eco products? I want to plant flowers but the rabbits in my neighborhood love...

I want to plant flowers but the rabbits in my neighborhood love to eat them (I enjoy tulip stems in the planter right now). What can I use that would dissuade rabbits and other hungry creatures, without one harmful to the animals (including my dog)?
Who can i ring to gain this tree...

Try hanging scent trees like they use contained by cars. this might discourage them, spray ammonia or turpentine around the base of plant, or soak a old sock next to turpentine or ammonia and tie to the pot.
