"Purple Velvet" Crepe Myrtle?

I looking for the DARKEST purple crepe myrtle available. Some say that is "purple velvet", a dwarf. I'm have a hard time finding reliable photos of this color. How can I see it and be sure? Do you know a reliable source for purchasing? I live in Austin, Texas.

There are plentiful varieties of the Crepe Myrtle. The Coral Beauty is a purple color and this may be a possibility for you. I will link you to the gallery of plants booth of my website. There is a page on southern flower photos. There are a few pictures of some Crepe Myrtle flowers. See if you like the Coral Beauty. You should be able to purchase the Crepe Myrtles at your local nursery or garden center. There are also oodles on line companies that sell Crepet Myrtles. I hope this help some and good luck to you.
