Most fruit trees don't bare viable pip. They are basically grafted or propagated into trees. So, virtuous luck finding a seed that will grow into a fruit tree (with good fruit). Your best bet is walk down to the nursery and buy a couple of small fruit trees to plant (2-3 ft. tall.)
