We are allowed to water our garden for two hours; morning and evening on our restricted days. My quiz is; are we allowed to water the garden for the adjectives two hours non stop if we wanted morning and evening?
The second factor of the question is: If we appropriate only twenty minutes to wet the garden are we allowed to top up our watertanks for the rest of the time?
Although it would be irresponsible - yes you can,
Just river how much you need surrounded by the given time. It's unnecessary to store or waste hose. If your city has taken such measures to ask residents to cut water use, consequently maybe you should try to cooperate so that you'll enjoy water to hose down your garden tommorrow too.
Certainly, the government can't control wet but if everyone simply wasted it on grass, next we'd be out of water. You can't pinch something that is so sensible to life for granted.
Do what you want, purely take into consideration of other family.
Answers: Do what you want, as long as you don't have snooping neighbors you will be fine. Honestly everybody else is doing what they want. The government can't control river, when they can it will be a sad and upsetting world to live in indeed.
