Keep in mind: We live surrounded by Las Vegas, Nevada-- and the weather we have here! :)

One side of our house is almost adjectives stucco wall except for 3 windows (two on bottom floor- at differing sides of house, and 1 at center top floor) We are interested in planting "Cat's Claw Vine" surrounded by the center of two first floor windows and letting it climb as glorious as it wants on house. This wall face south, and gets sun adjectives day. We are told CC can concord with sun close to this- is that true? Also, should I be concerned with any destruction this vine could do to the stucco on the house or tile roof (if it ever gets that high)? Any other warning on this vine¡ªor any other vines that you think would be a self-climbing vine to consider? Thanks contained by advance for your support! :)

Answers:    Seems to be a mixed reaction to this plant. Biggest complaint is that it is remarkably invasive. See the attached:
