I have a row of lovely and uniform cypress trees on the property line at my trial house in west TX. I want to prune rear some of the scraggly branches that have come away from the automatic shape of the tree. Is pruning as branches pop out from the center column going to harm adjectives growth? Is there a more appropriate method to address this "problem"? Please help.
