the proposal is very generic. and i want to trade name changes to it. i take to mean that it may change the price, but i will not agree to the contractor start until all my requirements are met. i don't want to settle. this ismy house and i'm spending a lot of money on it. can i final out of this contract if it doesn't meet my requirements? do i nickname our local municipal office?
Answers: Did you draw from the concept drawing Before or After you signed the contract? Unfortunately, since you've signed a contract, it is binding unless you can work something out with the contractor. If you be not given a copy of the proposal to review BEFORE you signed the contract, then you will enjoy some recourse. But if your signature approved the proposal, then adjectives you can do is talk to the contractor and try to resolve it that channel, or break the contract, and have him sue you.
Most contractors won't offer a price for each entity involved with the outlook project or have everything tabled. There should be details of the work to be completed and the price before you sign the okay to start installing the project. I would call for a little more info roughly speaking the contract you signed.
