Its going to be 90 degrees Thursday, and will be contained by the 90's for the next couple of days after that. If I plant my starts on Wednesday, will that be plenty time for them to settle in back the heat starts?

You must be mistaken. We live within Michigan and it never
( well almost never) get to 90 degrees. It's 58 right in a minute but the sun is shining and it's breezy.
