It's called pothos. If yours is mostly green near yellow, you enjoy golden pothos. Green with white is call marble queen pothos. The most important carefulness tip is to let the soil dry out between waterings. Pothos don't approaching to have "drizzly feet" so don't let it sit contained by moist soil.
