Im growing some pw bulbs indoors in rocks. I hear you can add some vodka to the river to keep them from growing to towering. When should i add the Vodka.

Yup, certainly true. You add the alcohol when you oput them contained by the water. And I dream up you can use rubbing alcohol and save the vodka for a bloody mary.
