Our laburnum tree is 25 years old this year and have no leaves and the flower fronds have stopped growing at smaller quantity than 1 inch and are now dying. What can be wrong? The branches are dry when we break them stale but only where on earth no flower fronds are. There is lichen growing on it and this should mean accurate air ability. Any suggestions?
