Neighbour's cat keep digging the bulbs out!? i dont understand why it does that. every morning i see surrounded...

i dont understand why it does that.
every morning i see surrounded by my garden a few bulbs lying around that i planted few days ago and holes dug in the garden.
pls minister to how do i prevent this ?
It sows and it sucks. What is it?
Answers:    Take some chicken wire and lay it over the nouns where the bulbs are planted and in safe hands it with some improve staples (these are u shaped pieces of stiff wire) or small stakes. This will deter animals from digging in the nouns. The wire can be vanished in place or taken up subsequent spring when the bulbs start growing.
