I am only interested surrounded by suggestions that do not harm the rabbits.
This is a nearly impossible (even with fences). I finally freshly plant thinks they don't similar to - marigolds are usually safe. Some say aloud to hang chicken livers around to discourage rabbits, but I have little success beside that.

the best and only style is Chicken wire.
We cover our tomato bed with Chicken line to keep the rabbits and squirrels out.
We built boxes next to 1 x 1's and Chickenwire, that we could lift rotten. It allows the plants to get sun and dampen, and keeps the animals past its sell-by date.
Answers:    Any type of fencing that they can't capture through or over should keep them out, though it may not own a nice visual appearance.
They are repelled by the smell of vinegar. Corn cobs (with the kernel removed) soaked in vinegar overnight, broken into 2-3-inch pieces and spread around the flowerbed has be known to be successful. As the smell fades, they enjoy to be re-soaked, so it's kinda' labor intensive but worth a try...
spraying hot sauce on plants is known to deter critters, but I've never tried it so not sure if it could be dangerous to some plants...
