1) Four o'clocks -- I love them but haven't ever been competent to get them to grow from seed. I've notices that some are vastly aromatic and others aren't. Is there a hidden to getting them to smell good?

2) A mimosa tree.

3) wysteria.

I'm buying a untried house and plan on putting these 3 in my backbone yard. Any tips or any or adjectives?

PS I live in Austin TX where on earth the ground tends to me smaller amount acidic and more full of limestone.
What you NEED to do is go to at tiniest 3 GOOD 'garden stores' or 'nurseries' in your nouns and ASK them about the plants you want to grow surrounded by your new vertebrae yard. They provide 'seeds' but they also sell the growing plants themselves, and hold the 'instructions' you need to grow things within your area. I've bought four o'clocks as plants and mimosa ... they resembling FULL SUN but I don't know about their 'dirt' like. Go to a good garden store and if you buy a plant, kind sure that it has a 'guarantee' and that it's in good health ... and have fun next to your new rear yard gardening.

Answers:    First agree to me say although mimosa is a dazzling tree it is also prone to limb breakage.
Mimosa trees are fast-growing but short-lived.

Wysteria probably one of the most romantic hanging flowers near is.
*********Note************
Neighbor down the street has 50 foot of fence beside the most beautiful Chinese Wisteria I enjoy ever seen.
However it can nick 3 or more years before it blooms.
Like everything else here is more than one kind and they don't adjectives like one and the same thing.
I suggest doing the research first that road you won't be disappointed.
Excellent link for information.

Mine is over 3 years and hasn't bloomed however, I might have to move it to get hold of more morning sun.

I don't know much about four O'clocks.
Hardiness: USDA Zones 7-11
WARNING
Four o'clocks self pip and may become a nuisance except kept under control. If departed to spread unchecked, they then can be difficult to wipe out because of the large, deep-rooted tubers. All parts of the plant are said to be poisonous - do not ingest!
