Natural process to rid garden of tomato horn worm?
One process is to hand pick them since usually there are not that lots at one time.
Flick them off the plant and step on them.
But be wary to get a good aim otherwise you might return with squirted with crushed bug juice. Gross.
Answers: I hand pick them until i start to see what look like grain of rice on the backs of the horn worms. those grains of rice are the cocoons of the larva of a parasitic wasp which is the most successful killer of horn worms around.
It is best to hand pick impulsive morning or evening when the caterpillers are active and you can see them.
