Alright, I have a Spore Syringe, a rye berry Spawn
Bag, and 4 MycoJars.

What I do not enjoy is a Glove Box, anyone
have any suggestion on how to innoculate my MycoJars
and Spawn Bag without risking hardcore contamination?

Answers:    I've made glove boxes out of a cardboard box, beside a Saran Wrap viewing window and arm length disposable gloves from the veterinary cubicle of a farm and dairy farm store. Another option is to do your work on an unambiguous oven door with the oven set at 350, the hot nouns is sterile. I've also used a hot needle on the syringe to poke the purse and quickly cartridge the hole. RScott
