My leylandi trees, planted approx 3mths ago, hold turned brown, could my neighbour own sabotaged them?
Possible, if you have planted theme somewhere they could be a bane of your existence to your neighbor than maybe. If you are going to have issue please keep theme resourcefully cut.
I suppose its possible but there's no way to give a correct guess without more info.
Even if you're involved in a dispute near the neighbor there are a number of other things that could enjoy killed your trees- improper planting or contemplation, buying unhealthy trees, also there are diseases that produce the leylandii to turn brown and die.
The first year or so after trees are planted its relatively common for them to die, so I wouldn't immediately suspect a neighbor. In nonspecific its more likely an issue with the trees or their effort.
Answers: I suppose it's possible that your neighbor could have sabotaged them. But I can't imagine why any neighbor would do something approaching that. Destroying ornamental trees not only detracts from the attraction of *your* home, but the overall value of the neighborhood, as well.
I planted two leylandi three years ago. One of them is thriving. The other one died in 6 months of planting. I suspect the cause was poor soil conditions within that location, plus the fact that we had to be in motion away for several weeks, and the trees were not watered during that time.
Your young tree wants regular watering during the first few months. It could also be that some large dog has taken a appetite to your tree, and is urinating on it regularly.
