I have have this plant since last spring and immediately the stems seem to be shrinking and big piece falling past its sell-by date. once a month like adjectives my other plants i give it plant food. I enjoy not changed the place where it have been since i brought it home untill closing week hoping to get it space heater, but it is still dying. It was downstairs where on earth it is cooler than up. It was so big a fully immediately it is getting bare and dying. I am not a proffession at plants but I do delight in them and watching them grow .
Answers:    Jade plants are a bit finicky. It may be a number of things including root rot which is what Cat suggests.

And natural way to check the moisure within a plant is to stick a pencil down into the soil close to the plant. Pull it out. If the pencil comes out muddy the soil is over wet, if soil slightly clings to it the pencil is moist, but if the pencil comes out dry after the root ball have dried out and every time you water simply the surface is absorbing the water.

The solution to specifically to take the plant to the sink and run dampen through it slowly. You may want ot fill the sink and allow the plant to sit in that for several hours and every now and again pour more hose down from the top.

The next piece is it may be spider mites. Take one of the green leaves between your fingers and rub. If the leaf feel gritty it is spider mites. The are all but invisible to the undressed eye, but they do make little web that you might notice contained by the crotches of the plant.

Your plant might have a fungus, within which caes I would recommend you buy some Schultz's Fungiside 3. It is a miticide, fungicide and insecticide all surrounded by one.

If you find decide to spray bear the plant to the sink or shower and spray from the top first, then underneath the leaves, and along the stems. Allow it to sit a bit after turn it and spray again so that you do not miss any of the plant.

Next you need to withold fertilizer during the dormant season -say Oct through at most minuscule Febuary. When you restart go slowly as you do not want to cheer over growth, just vigour.

You may want to take one or two of the helthy leaves and not quite tuck the growing end into a fresh pot of soil to start exotic plants.

Hope this helps! :)
zilch it could have some quality of virus plants get virus too it is sick just hold doing what your doing maybe it will come hindmost maybe unapologetic about your plant.
