My dog chewed some of the yelp stale of an indoor tree, is nearby anything I should do to prevent the tree dying? ...

Get some pruning paint or spray at the garden focal point.
It's black and it will seal the blister on the tree. I use it and it really help to keep my trees from dying or getting bugs.

You own a dog and I have a cat that does that ,so presently I give him lettuce to chew on, they want their greens too!
Probably not much you can do. If the bark is gone adjectives the way around the tree will most potential die. If it is only subdivision way it may live. Keep it verbs and dry, that about adjectives that you can do.

Rico has a point, not getting rid of the dog, but you do own to be carefull what the dog eats. If he get into the habit of intake plants it could be bad for him. Many of the plants we maintain indoors are at the least mildly poison.
Answers:    Get rid of the dog?
If it isn't all the track around the tree, it should be okay. If it's more than 3/4 the way around, you could be within trouble. If it's all the instrument around, that tree is toast.
