Some of the leaves have pale discolored areas, almost like old yellow stripes. The areas are not raise and there is nil visible inside or below the leaves cause the change/damage. We just have a couple of dry weeks followed by a few days of heavy rain, is it related? Otherwise the plant, a red variety, and my white one are full and doing great, no discoloration on the white.

Answers: They are moderately ephemeral, so I think the dry weather made it reflect on about going dormant for a while - packing it up for a few months - which they will do when it get hot and dry around here. So I would simply cut the yellowed leaves back for looks and it should be fine. You could confer it some fertilzer with somewhat iron in it - the with the sole purpose other thing that comes to mind that would ashen a bleeding heart - but I think that would be unusual, normally they simply like to die put money on for a few months if the conditions are too dry - next time you move it, place it contained by a lower, moister part of the courtyard to reduce this partiality in the adjectives.
