Morning Glories won't bloom? Need some help on why my morning glories that I planted within...

Need some help on why my morning glories that I planted within a pot in full sun with poles for the vine to climb haven't bloomed. The vine is almost 7 feet tall and is a exquisite lush growth of leaves. I have not fertilized it and try not to over water. When the leaves start drooping I dampen it.
Thanks.

Answers:    Use a fertilizer with a high phosphorus and low nitrogen content or use bonemeal. any of these should produce flowers on your plant within a couple of weeks or less. Bonemeal have a high content of phosphorus so I would recommend using it since you stated that the plant is already thick and in good health and therefore nitrogen is not needed. Phosphorus is the nutrient that stimulates flower formation. Use in the order of 1/4 cup on the plant and be sure to spread it around so it is evenly distributed and you should have lots of flowers.
it may be too warm, i know they dont bloom nearly as much surrounded by the summer as they do in the winter, so possibly if you stick them in a slightly more shaded nouns this may fool them lol,

good luck :]
