I have adjectives these blue Miracle Grow packets (something approaching 40 of em) that go into a container to be sprayed.

Is it ok to spray them onto Bermuda Grass? If so, nearly how long should I spray a section of the grass?

You don't want to force growth contained by the fall.
In Dallas, it could still be used.
Assuming the time is ok, or linger till next May, use the hose within sprayer and get after it.
Bermuda like a LOT of nitrogen, and Miracle-Gro is usually a 20-20-20 ratio, perfect for shrubs.
It will later about 15 days consequently its used up.
I have my buddy who works for one and the same company that makes Miracle-Gro spray my St. Aug every month from May to October. We mix Miracle-gro, Iron, and fungicide.
It will work, but probably not very soon.
