Answers:    According to her website, she be arranging Dahlias.
If you are in a zone colder than 7b, you will need to pilfer them inside over the winter, but many people do that - or you can freshly put in fresh bulbs each year (treating them as annuals) after the soil is nice and heat up in late spring and they will come up and bloom for you!
