I have this adorable lucky rattan plant that my boyfriend gave me almost 2 years ago,,,anyways, one of my cats have eat the leaves right off the stalks,,,the stalks look in shape and fine, just no leaves. I be wondering if I should cut the stalks down,,would that encourage foreign leaf growth??

Answers:    No, adjectives the stalk will kill it. It may whip some time but the leaves should grow back. I would put it out of manage of the cat because my cat chewed the stalk of mine and the bamboo died.

No! They usually look fine minus the leaves. Actually, I saw lots of bamboos in stores but never one next to leaves!
