Does anyone know how long Aloe Vera plants live? I know my mom has one that is at lowest twenty years old, and I am wondering if anyone knows how long they can live for. Answers:    many succulent plants such as the Aloe Vera can live for a very long time, some contained by the thousands of years. Most Aloes probably can live at least 100 years and some of the larger tree Aloes can live into the multiples of hundreds. Just don't over water and keep hold of it from extensive cold and it should be fine.
