I want to know if there is a cheap and simple route to attach a plow to my lawnmower.
I'd use it to push grass clipping pile off the street and to plow close to an inch of snow.
dont need no hydrolics of 500 hp, a 2 by 12 could work
Answers: If you are running a zero-turn mower, JRCO make a light counterweight plow/leaf rake. You may be able to adopt their palm leaf rake/plow to your own mower if it's not a zero-turn. This may be a lot lighter and more convenient than a piece of wood. Here is their connection to the leaf rake attachment: http://www.jrcoinc.com/product.asp?id=4
And the snow plow: http://www.jrcoinc.com/product.asp?id=7
Even if you don't use the JRCO products, this may afford you some ideas for your own mower.
