can anyone tell me how the hell ur suppose to drain the vortex if its buried underground? or the gravity feed filter? and can anyone reccommed me a cheap pond skimmer for a liner?

Answers:    No your don't have to own a bottom drain. It's nice but not necessary. Just gain an inexpensive muck vac/works with garden hose.
