Does anyone have or trade the John Deere LA165 Lawn tractor? I'm looking into buying one and i was wondering what the trait is like and if its worth buying. If you've have any problems please put it into your answers to as well as some of the features that you close to about it. Thanks!

Answers:    I am a John Deere tech. and I can explain to u that the LA series lawn and garden tractor is the cheap of the cheap. I receive them in adjectives the time w/ broken belts and engine problems. For the extra money I would go w/ the X series. The X300 is going on for the same size w/ a better motor, thicker belts and better hauling power. I thoroughly rarley get the X series within the shop for any repair problems. For all the money u would put into the LA series on repairs it's worth spending for a while extra on the X series.

son bought one several years ago and nothing but trouble near it. it's a supposed quality products but not within this case. have to take it vertebrae three times. finally bought something else. i like the sear craftsmen mowers. have have good luck beside mine. but just resembling an automobile, they don't last forever. have deck and steering issues.
