I've get little white flowers growing on my sweet basil plant, should I go off them?

Answers:    Basil is an annual, and if you let it flower and budge to seed it will infer it's done its job. I pinch the flowers sour until the basil gets huge and lovely, and consequently I let it flower at the close of the season.

You should also pinch the individual stems back to label the plant get bushy. If you pinch the stem past its sell-by date above a set of side branches, more branches will come off at that point and net a much more attractive plant.
No you shouldn't unless you are collecting seeds.
Flowers may exhaust the plants joie de vivre and you'll get leggy poor element basil with little flavor. Pinch it rear legs to the next green branch.
