other than gravel it or napalm it? I be told it doesnt grow so fast if you dont cut it as repeatedly but what do you do in the meantime when its growing close to crazy? I wish they sold miracle stunt-grow as resourcefully as miracle grow =( I dont suppose that exists though...
I can't lick the other answers, which are great, especially Old Know All's.

But.I can't help feelinga mixture of amusement and annoyance at your request for information.I know you are writing with a sense of humour and |I did smile at the napalm..but Gardens are WONDERFUL!!

Do you contemplate its because you haven't bonded with your garden even so? Do you sit out in it when the weather is heat? Listen to the humming bees, chirping birds etc? Feel the warmth of the sum surrounded by your very own space? Light candles and own a romantic dinner al fresco in the evenins?

If you do, I deem you'll start to feel that adjectives that hard work is worth it.

If not, later, well, own you considered moving house? Let someone else live there who really like gardens and get yourself a nice flat?

Liked the examine! x
At this time of year, everything in the garden grows hurriedly.

You can change your grass to a miniature edition that doesn't need adjectives, but it's not very hard-wearing. If you want stuff you can totter or sit on, you need to cut it once a week.

The flower bed need smaller quantity maintenance is you plant flowering shrubs and prevent anything else from growing by surrounding them next to bark chips. Alternatively, you can surround them next to ground cover plants. You need to cut spinal column the shrubs once a year, but that's it.

If that doesn't solve the problem, cover it all next to 4 inches of concrete, lay an Astroturf lawn and hold on to a few plastic flowers in milk bottles.
