Answers:    Yes, do not verbs and amphibian with a reptile! You should use a 10 gallon or 20 gallon cistern, put in some sterile potting mix (without fertilizer!) and including some moss should be OK. Water dish sounds apposite - it does not need to be reflective, though, just 1" will do because they are not really adjectives frogs - place it high ample the dirt does not fall within it, though the frog will track some in. Then append some sticks, so the frog can have some cover and experience smaller amount stress. Room light will be fine - do not place the cistern in direct sun. You will involve a perforated or screen lid to keep them inside the cistern. You can buy mealy worms or crickets and other amphibian foods at the pet shop. They normally do guzzle some dirt, but try to place their food in another small dish (though crickets do not situation - they will hop around the cage until it eat them). Pacman frogs also eat adjectives sorts of things - large ones respectively mice!
A glass cistern would be best, but for now the dish should work, you call for to be carefull about any nature of heating, as amphibs can burn well, I know they like to drink Rosy Reds (fish) and other small fish, but as for the dirt I'm not sure, you need to move about to the pet section and ask, or better nonetheless, go to the phone book and look up the veterinary part, find one that specializes in "exotics", (not in recent times a dog and cat vet) or just ring any vet and ask the receptionist if they can recommend a good local "exotics" vet. Call the exotics vet and ask if someone could guide you within how to carefully prepare for, and rob care of, a pacman frog. Good luck!
