Last year the hibiscus plant was loaded near flowers and this year there are none? Did not prune - is it too deferred to prune in June for growth of flowers this year? Plant looks nourishing.
Prune deciduous ones in behind time winter early spring taking sour any misplaced or crossing branches. Evergreen ones lightly surrounded by mid/late spring. Little or no pruning is usually necessary.
Pruning does not really promote flowers on this plant.

Its incomplete nutrients for bloom development, so fertilize take heed the amount to to the heat of the summer. ORRRRR
I recommend re potting it. Rip stale the old brown root - don't be scar it can take it. And replenish soil and bigger pot.
I would shy away from doing it very soon for the on coming heat. Do it back you take it indoors.
Re potting and removing frail roots is the best maintains for this plant. Every tip out / winter.

Hibiscus should be pruned after blooming takes place. If you live contained by a geographic location that gets frost, and the Hibiscus is deciduous, prune wager on before the first frost. I am a landscaper and designer, I recommend to my clients to prune method back within the fall, so the Hibiscus will be full and lush the following year.
If you live surrounded by a sub-tropical or tropical climate where Hibiscus is an evergreen, prune vertebrae after bloom time.
