IS "Mushroom Compost" essentially cow nourishment? and how is it different than what is labeled as "Manure"? I would like to know if this would be better than using...
I would like to know if this would be better than using the stuff labeled as "manure" to spread underneath my conifer trees and use to spread over my perennial bed or not.
does it contain more nutrients? which kind?

dirt is alot better , hores manure is the best. mushroom compose is in actual fact made out of mushrooms. I'm a landscraper and we mix horses compose and top soil 50/50
Mushroom compost is exactly what it says, it is spent compost that mushrooms own been grown within. This will be high within lime so best not to use it around lime hating plants such as rhodos, camellias, heathers and the resembling. It will be fine for using under your conifers which tend to variety the soil acidic anyway so for a time lime won't hurt them.
It is no better or worse, nor higher surrounded by nutrients than well rotted grow yard stimulant. Both will improve your soil structure.

The answer above is right that a appropriate part of natural mushroom compost is made from mushrooms grown on a farm. You would be surprised as nearby are also many other ingredients including chicken spend in dribs and drabs. Now this may sound disgusting, but surrounded by reality, most plant specimens thrive on the natural mushroom compost. It doesn't smell great but it is absorbed surrounded by the soil and so full of great ingredients for your plants. I always give an account my clients to use the mushroom compost. It is considered an organic fertilizer and will finishing up to one year. Any time you transplant anything, go ahead and use the mushroom compost. Your gardens and plants will love it!
