Could any one tell me if prune liquid is acidic? & also Aloe vera as it have citric acid & ascorbic sour I am trying to reduce acids within my diet, my P.H is usually 6.5, I am vegan munch through lots of fruit ,veg nut seeds. any suggestions to backing would be great!
