so i planted cilantro about three weeks ago and its gotton really big and i have an idea that it might be ready to munch through but im hnot sure. how do i find out for sure when its good. i dont want to keep on to l0onng and let it jump bad or draw from bitter. please help

Answers:    You can start using the most grown-up parts and then the others as long as they hang on to growing. Mine haven't even sprouted yet. Two weeks ago I have frost warnings and today it is 104F next to the humidity.
