Answers: I keep bulbs and seed in the produce bin within the refrigerator; but I never stick them in the freezer. Some seed actually inevitability cold stratification-which is chilling time contained by order to germinate-especially original plant seeds. You can plant original wildflowers and even perennials in the winter if i.e. the case. Happy planting.
