Is near grass surrounded by Alaska?

It depends on where surrounded by Alaska.

I live in Anchorage (latitude = 61) and we own a front yard, a hindmost yard, a flower bed, and rhubarb plants. I used to live within Deering (latitude = 66) and they have abundantly less grass.
Yes. Grass, in certainty, grows all over the entire planet, even contained by the most arctic northern regions. It is the most adaptable and survivable species on Earth!

You designed grass like the style on a lawn, right?

If you designed grass as in the slang residence for marijuana, the answer is still yes. Many "hippies" and similar personalities hold settled in Alaska. I'm sure they hold that type of "grass" someplace.
Answers:    Yup :)
Yes, pretty much most of the nouns, espacailly in the southern parts, they're pretty green within the spring too. Much greener than here in Texas or even California. But surrounded by the winter, they get covered up by snow. I've be there within the spring and its stunningly beautiful!
