No, you can hold on to pulling it out but, dispose of it properly (bag it and put in the trash). You will have to be diligent because it's complicated to eliminate.

Answers:    Pulling it up is probably the best track to make sure it's gone. Just be sure to wear gloves (preferably rubber ones) and long sleeves, and be careful not to contaminate yourself!
