In Mesopotamia,they used irrigation by digging out storage basins to hold hose. Then they dug out canals that connect to these basin to a network of ditches. The ditches brought marine to the fields.

Now, do we use irrigation? If so,how?

Answers:    Yes, we irrigate but rather different now.We use PVC pipe, electric valve, that are all buried. next a sprinkler head distributes the hose over the area. All of this is run by an automated timer.
