Plus, the root system puts out shooters which will grow several yards away from the mother plant into an entirely exotic plant. If you truly intended "invasive" then try Trumpet Vine (also known as Virginia Creeper.) The crazy variety produces bright orange trumpet shaped flowers spring thru summer. In the jump down long seeds pods develop. There is also a cultivated variety near yellow flowers. Wisteria is another good choice, but it one and only blooms in the spring.

I don't know what area you are contained by. If it is not warm all year later clematis or morning glory are good. If it is California or Florida type areas then wisteria and other tropicals approaching that grow well.

If you just want something express and superinvasive then bittersweet has flowers and berries. It twists its bearing up plants and trees like a strangler fig. It survives up into northern US.

Answers:    Campsis radicans (trumpet vine) spreads approaching crazy! There are a few different ones and they either have pale or red trumpet shaped flowers.

Solanum jasminoides (potato vine) is a brisk grower, not terribly invasive as you can contain it. If you are in zone 9, you should consider it.
