This limbs hang up about 2 foot or better from the pot, enjoy no problem trimming if that is what it take to make the nouns in the pot bushy.
The nouns withing 10 inches or less from the pot out are pretty unclothed and would like to carry this area bushy beside leaves.
I normally rob this plant into the bathtub and dampen it gently near the spray hose washing the leaves in the order of once a week.
It seems to be a totally vigorous plant but I wonder if all the life is being sent to the long limb and bypassing closer to the pot.
I do not want to kill it and would be liable to trim off the leanth of the limb and possibly transplanting that to make more plants if to be exact what it will take to construct the pot area bushy.
Answers: You are right, the strength is going into growing the ends. Trimming is the answer.
If you're concerned about trimming afterwards just trim for a moment at a time. I have kill a plant by over zealous trimming before.
Why not freshly trim off a foot to originate? Then you can root those and start another pot.
Don't be afraid to whack it back to the uncovered area. Give it a drink of MiracleGro. Put the cuttings surrounded by clear container of water. You should see roots within 1-2 weeks. Removing the Terminal bud will encourage the bushy growth you're looking for.
