I have two prevailing conditions plants in my house, they own a a look-like cobweb. It is not made from a spider!...it looks like if it is a "fungus" or something approaching that.

Sorry if im not explaining very ably but i really don't know what it is....PLEASE! help me if you know what it is!
Indian banquet moths which are pantry pests make silky looking little web and get into flour, cereal, and meal type foods. Here is a site Master Gardeners use--on the little feast moth and ways to get eradicate it. http://www.ipm.ucdavis.edu/PMG/PESTNOTES...

sorry, its concrete to tell from only a description. I would take one into the local home gardening place, approaching Agway or something.

If you dont have anything close to that where you are, conceivably try a DIY hardware store, sometimes the people out within the garden center are somewhat knowledgeable.
Answers:    Sounds approaching Spider mites...even better and you not knowing..just to be on the out of danger side of things...place your plants in the tub tub, get a spray bottle and put hose down half of bottle and 4 drops of dish detergent(make sure its one short bleach) into spray bottle with river shake bottle and give your plants a righteous spray..make sure you grasp underneath the leaves...and over the potting soil too...let it sit...for around 5 minutes..and spray again....let sit for 5 more minutes..later spray your plant with fresh hose.
this should solve the problem.......
spider mites can also spread to your other house plants...they are deadly to your plants too....
hope this help with your plants!
