I'm going to prune my miniture roses and would resembling to root the cuttings. what is the best instrument to root them ? ...
Answers: you can buy some stuff from Home depot or Lowes that will protect the cuttings and also promote the cutting to transport root and grow into new bushes, it also keep them from going into shock
Buy a little purse of vermiculite (it's like tiny styrophome balls) and a sack of Root-tone. Cut your rose at an angle on a nice green stem at a joint, not the woody fragment. Dip it in the root tone and place within a baggy. Cover it next to vermiculite and keep it moist. It should sprout roots! Make sure you plant it when it is not freezing out though. Spring or slop is best! Hope it works...
