probably not,,,unless you or your family happen to know the owner,,, i was plowing a mule when i be 13,, on my grandaddies farm,,,,but that be bout 1957,,,laws and populace have changed since after,,,, they don't want to take the responsibility of you gitting hurt,,, their insurance might not cover 13 year olds,,,so it might not be their denounce , that ,they don' t hire you,,, best thing to do is to bid em up and see what their hiring practices are,,,
