If near is someone within a tree and you cut it down and they die is that murder?
Do you have a guilty conscience?
If it be unintentional and you be unawares of the person that be in the tree it would be manslaughter. If you be licensed to cut down the tree, you may get sued by the nearest and dearest for not practicing your business that well.
And if nobody was surrounded by the tree and you cut it down it would still be murder.
Where I live the municipality has to bequeath a permit to allow a tree to be cut down. They transport someone out to inspect the tree. If it is alive you don't get a security. If you cut it down without a travel document it is a $5,000 fine!!
Answers: You would be contributing to their death..you would be held adjectives in some opening. Maybe TREEHICULAR manslaughter LOL
Did you ever hear of an ACCIDENT> No murder is murder. I cut trees everyday, I don't cut them down , but bleed them for the sap call latex. I know each tree individually. They are waiting for me at midnight everynite, except when it rain.
