no you are taking them out of the heat and into an air conditioned house right? to be exact way too much temp change for a simple plant...you should put them contained by a window in your house and permit them get some light during the afternoon...but leave them in your house

I deliberate that practice is unwise. In addition to adjectives the reasons that have already be given, it is likely that you are also bringing bugs into the house, when you bring the plants in respectively night.

It should be fine left out. It depends abundantly on the plant, desert plants such as cacti and certain euphorbia can take broad swings in temperature within their native environments. Other plants will wilt and die if they catch the wrong draft.

Also, if it's house plant, deeply few are sun tolerant. You can put them out in shady locations such as under a tree or on a porch, but not within direct sun. On the other hand, a good oodles outdoor plants are ill-suited for low indoor humidity levels. So, with out more info, I'd enjoy to say it is unlikely that your plant would thrive, but there is a possibililty it could if you picked a vigorous plant.
